Refund Policy

Effective Date: 17 February 2026

1. Free Tier

The Free tier has no charges and therefore no refunds apply.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • If you cancel within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period), you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided.

4. Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at billing@clinivoice.com with your account email.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the above terms in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages beyond 48 hours
  • Billing errors
  • Duplicate charges

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe).
  • Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
