Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using CliniVoice AI. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Intended Use
CliniVoice AI is designed for:
- Clinical dictation and transcription by registered healthcare professionals
- AI-assisted formatting of clinical letters and documentation
- Use within the scope of your professional clinical practice
3. Prohibited Uses
You must NOT use CliniVoice AI to:
- Record or transcribe without appropriate consent from patients or colleagues
- Process clinical data for any purpose other than legitimate clinical documentation
- Share login credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Upload malicious files, malware, or attempt to compromise the Service
- Use the Service for non-clinical purposes (e.g., legal proceedings, insurance fraud)
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as having been manually authored without review
- Use the Service if you are not a qualified healthcare professional (or authorised delegate)
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
4. Clinical Responsibility
- You MUST review all AI-generated content before adding it to clinical records
- You are clinically responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all documentation
- Report any clinical safety concerns immediately to safety@clinivoice.com
5. Patient Data
- Ensure you have appropriate authority to process patient data through the Service
- Follow your organisation's information governance policies
- Use the minimum necessary patient identifiable information
- Do not use the Service on shared or public computers without signing out
6. Reporting
If you become aware of any misuse, security vulnerability, or clinical safety incident involving CliniVoice AI, report it immediately to: security@clinivoice.com
7. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account. In serious cases, we may report violations to relevant regulatory bodies.
